Marketing Manager | Contractor with Leading Global Brand

Role Level: Manager (10–12 years of experience)

Compensation: Competitive, aligned with seniority and experience

Duration: 12-month contract with employment agency (extendable)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site at our customer’s offices)

Employer: Employment with Digital Future Middle East FZ-LLC, working directly as a consultant embedded within our customer’s internal Marketing team.

Role Overview

Our company partners with leading global organizations to secure top marketing talent for fixed-term assignments.We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Services division of a multinational leader in the financial technology sector , supporting one of their strategic partners in the travel industry .The role focuses on driving impactful, insight-led marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable business growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns (digital and traditional) in line with business and client objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including media planning, budgeting, vendor management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with client marketing teams and cross-functional internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, develop insights, and recommend actions to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee media planning across digital, social, print, OOH, and experiential channels.
  • Identify new marketing and partnership opportunities that drive incremental revenue and strengthen brand value.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent alignment across internal and external teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing agency environments.
  • Proven success in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-market or cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on marketing initiatives for clients in the travel, airline, or financial sectors .
  • Solid expertise in media planning, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop marketing-led business opportunities.
