Marketing Manager (Conventional & Digital).

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and business targets.
  • Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars covering conventional and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Conventional Marketing

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as print media, brochures, corporate profiles, exhibitions, events, seminars, and branding materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and media agencies for timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical marketing materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing activities including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and website management.
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to maximize engagement, reach, and lead conversion.
  • Manage content planning and publishing across digital platforms.

Branding & Communication

  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
  • Support internal branding initiatives and employer branding efforts.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Work closely with the Sales team to design marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Develop sales support materials such as presentations, proposals, and product/service brochures.
  • Track and analyze lead performance and conversion metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs for both conventional and digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports covering campaign results, ROI, and recommendations.
  • Use insights to improve future campaigns and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with hands-on exposure to both conventional and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
