Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and business targets.
- Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars covering conventional and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Conventional Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as print media, brochures, corporate profiles, exhibitions, events, seminars, and branding materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and media agencies for timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical marketing materials.
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing activities including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and website management.
- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to maximize engagement, reach, and lead conversion.
- Manage content planning and publishing across digital platforms.
Branding & Communication
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Support internal branding initiatives and employer branding efforts.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Work closely with the Sales team to design marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Develop sales support materials such as presentations, proposals, and product/service brochures.
- Track and analyze lead performance and conversion metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs for both conventional and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports covering campaign results, ROI, and recommendations.
- Use insights to improve future campaigns and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with hands-on exposure to both conventional and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
