Job Summary

The Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing Specialist) is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall digital marketing strategy. This includes overseeing social media, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, and analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills to manage campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
  • Plan and coordinate social media marketing efforts across all relevant platforms.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence and reputation.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Supervise and mentor members of the marketing team or external digital agencies.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an analytical approach to measuring performance.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
  • Google Ads or Meta Certified (a plus).

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
