Position Summary
Recor Medical is seeking a high-performing, commercially minded Marketing Manager to drive downstream commercialization and omnichannel strategy for ultrasound renal denervation in the U.S. market.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing, this role will own key elements of product positioning, digital engagement strategy, customer journey optimization, and sales enablement execution to drive therapy adoption and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing demonstrated experience in omnichannel campaign development, digital marketing activation, analytics-driven optimization, and cross-functional orchestration in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Customer & Market Insights
Develop deep understanding of interventionalist and referral HCP decision drivers, barriers and unmet needs throughout the buying journey.
Lead customer segmentation and persona development to inform targeted commercialization strategies.
Continuously map and refine the end-to-end customer journey, identifying high-impact digital and field-based initiatives.
Product Positioning & Commercial Execution
Own and evolve product and therapy positioning and value messaging aligned to clinical evidence, competitive dynamics, and evolving market access considerations.
Translate strategy into clear downstream commercialization plans with defined KPIs and timelines.
Maintain competitive landscape intelligence and adjust messaging proactively.
Digital & Omnichannel Strategy to drive Lead Generation
Develop and execute integrated omnichannel marketing strategies including digital campaigns, webinar programs, conference journey activation, account-based engagement, and sales-triggered digital support.
Partner with Marketing Communications to activate campaign execution across email, CRM, website, social, digital advertising, and conference touchpoints.
Establish a lead generation process including lead identification and nurturing using digital marketing platform and integrate with commercial execution
Ensure message consistency and version control across all customer-facing channels.
Establish measurement frameworks to track engagement, conversion, and adoption metrics; optimize campaigns based on data insights and field feedback.
Commercial Enablement & Field Partnership
Lead development of customer-facing materials, digital assets, and sales enablement tools that accelerate therapy adoption.
Partner with Sales leadership and Sales Training to drive training alignment and ensure consistent value communication.
Support major congresses and key customer engagements with integrated messaging strategies and content deployment.
Performance Analytics & Cross-Functional Leadership
Build dashboards to track commercialization performance and digital engagement effectiveness.
Present insights, recommendations, and action plans to cross-functional leadership.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-stage environment requiring agility and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of marketing experience in life sciences
Demonstrated experience in omnichannel or digital marketing execution within healthcare.
Proven track record supporting early-stage technology commercialization and revenue growth.
Strong analytical capabilities including KPI tracking and performance optimization.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in regulated environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred:
MBA
Experience in interventional cardiology or cardiovascular medical devices.
Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital performance analytics.
Salary Range: $166,000 - $188,000 (Annual Base Salary)
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
