About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for major exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in event and exhibition marketing, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve event objectives and enhance brand positioning.
  • Act as a brand and industry champion, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Contribute to the overall event strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with sales, operations, and partnership goals.

2. Supplier & Partner Management

  • Prepare detailed project briefs for creative agencies, digital marketers, web developers, printers, and other suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with media, barter, and industry associations to maximize visibility and exposure.
  • Monitor barter agreements and ensure full delivery of advertising commitments before and after each event.

3. Exhibitor Promotion

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create sales materials, brochures, e-shots, and promotional tools.
  • Produce marketing copy and manage digital and print campaigns to generate exhibitor awareness and leads.
  • Support the execution of value-added sponsorship products and ensure fulfillment of all contracted deliverables.
  • Conduct pre-show surveys to gather exhibitor insights and improve engagement strategies.

4. Visitor Promotion

  • Develop and execute the visitor promotion campaign plan, including advertising, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Create and manage campaign tracking sheets and monitor KPIs for all visitor marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the creative, web, and IT teams for email broadcasts, website updates, and online landing pages.
  • Oversee the concept, design, production, and distribution of VIP invitations, event collateral, and mailings.
  • Ensure that the event website is engaging, accessible, and regularly updated.

5. Onsite Marketing & Event Delivery

  • Oversee venue branding, signage, and feature-area visuals, ensuring correct placement and timely installation.
  • Supervise onsite marketing materials – including catalogues, directories, flyers, and registration materials.
  • Develop and manage onsite surveys for exhibitors, visitors, delegates, and speakers.

6. Post-Show Activities

  • Lead post-event deliverables, including survey analysis, PR reporting, testimonials, and post-show reports.
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers for event documentation and post-event content.
  • Update the event website with post-show highlights and upcoming edition details.

7. Analytics & Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Analyze survey data and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance audience engagement and event growth.

8. Budget Management

  • Develop, monitor, and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient cost management.
  • Oversee supplier contracts and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all marketing expenditures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in events and exhibitions.
  • Strong English and Arabic communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management (digital, print, partnerships, PR).
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with email marketing, CMS, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
