Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, photoshoot production, and e-commerce asset management. This role works cross-functionally with e-commerce, wholesale, and graphic designers to bring seasonal product stories to life across every consumer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute seasonal and monthly marketing calendars aligned with product drops and brand priorities.
  • Concept and lead integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, SMS, website, and paid channels.
  • Propose branding ideas and storytelling frameworks to support collection launches and brand evolution.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Oversee social media strategy, tone of voice, content pillars, and posting cadence.
  • Identify growth opportunities, platform trends, and engagement strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Direct content capture needs and creative direction for social-first shoots, try-ons, UGC, and day-to-day storytelling.

Influencer & Ambassador Marketing

  • Develop and manage influencer outreach programs, gifted partnerships, and paid collaborations.
  • Build relationships with creators that align with brand aesthetics and audience demographics.
  • Track performance, ROI, deliverables, and long-term relationship development.

Photoshoot Production & Creative Execution

  • Ideate creative concepts for lifestyle, editorial, studio, e-commerce, and social shoots.
  • Assist with model casting, styling coordination, location scouting, call sheets, timeline management, photographer communication, and on-set execution.
  • Lead post-shoot asset organization, file naming, selects coordination, and distribution to internal teams.

E-Commerce & Visual Asset Oversight

  • Ensure site product pages, category banners, and campaign imagery align with brand guidelines and seasonal messaging.
  • Work with creative and digital teams to optimize on-site storytelling and visual consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized library of marketing and e-commerce images for cross-team use.

Market Awareness & Trend Insight

  • Stay current on fashion, pop culture, digital marketing trends, and competitor activity.
  • Bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns, photoshoots, influencer casting, and social storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystem, and content formats.
  • Demonstrated experience managing photoshoots (concepting through execution).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent product launches.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and familiarity with asset organization platforms (Dropbox, Notion, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Strong eye for style, visual composition, and brand alignment.
  • Experience working with e-commerce teams or Shopify is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
