The Marketing Manager is the marketing lead for one of the consumer brands within the Authority Brands portfolio. This role serves as the contact point of accountability for operations in regards to all franchisee-facing marketing activities. The Marketing Manager must be able to effectively work as a member of the operations leadership team as well as understand how to drive franchisee network success through each individual franchisee.

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Reporting directly to the brand president, work with the brand operations as well as centralized marketing team to outline, plan and execute strategic annual marketing plan and initiatives.
  • Franchisee Support: Support franchise owners, including presenting and reporting marketing results and educating on vendors, marketing tactics, and marketing platforms.
  • 360 Marketing: Pull all brand touchpoints together across different channels to create an aligned 360 approach for the brand which is consistent across all mediums.
  • Digital Activation: Challenge conventional approaches to media and digital activities to achieve innovative marketingcommunication plans which optimize spend and maximize impact.
  • Project Management: Move projects from ideation through to completion, tracking status of projects while driving visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Champion creative ideas and customer approach strategies, bringing them from briefing and development to implementation.
  • Integrity: Demonstrate high integrity in execution, decision making and balancing of Authority Brands franchise network interests.
  • Impact: Understand the impact and delivery costs/ROI of different medians/channels and is able to create a cohesive strategy for the brand and each franchisee, taking into account the complex marketing ecosystem, regularly challenging the status quo.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience executing annual brand marketing plans
  • Ability to forecast, track, and maintain an annual marketing budget
  • Prior experience with franchise marketing and/or sales
  • Strong attention to detail, energetic, open to collaborative environment, business minded, strategic and creative
  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing, including ability to interpret digital campaign results and other KPIs (SEO, PPC, remarketing, display)
  • Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Office systems and Google Analytics
