Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for golf. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive membership growth, and enhance member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Madinaty Golf Club.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.

Collaborate with the events team to promote tournaments, social events, and special promotions.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the golf industry.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, media, and community organizations.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.

Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for golf and knowledge of the golf industry is a plus.
