Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Halan's lending products, including microfinance loans and consumer loans.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the lending sector.
Audience Segmentation:
Define target audience segments, personas, and customer journeys to shape marketing messaging and channel strategies for lending products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, design, and technology teams to develop compelling lending offerings that resonate with target customers.
Integrated Campaign Management:
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, partnerships, events, and traditional advertising to enhance awareness and acquisition.
Campaign Oversight:
Manage the campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution, tracking, and optimization, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs.
Budget Management:
Develop and oversee marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis for lending initiatives, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze marketing metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates, providing insights and reports to stakeholders.
Industry Awareness:

What We Are Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
7-8 years in marketing, specifically with lending products or financial services.
