Marketing Manager (Only Hospital Experince Required)

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s brand visibility, patient engagement, and overall growth. This role involves managing external relationships, driving patient footfall, establishing corporate and doctor tie-ups, and overseeing promotional activities to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient inflow and hospital revenue.
  • Plan and execute branding, promotional, and digital campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, TPAs, CGHS, ECHS, insurance providers, and community organizations.
  • Organize health camps, CME programs, seminars, and community outreach activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for hospital growth.
  • Monitor patient feedback and enhance customer experience.
  • Support recruitment of referral doctors and manage the hospital referral network.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
