Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within a project management consultancy and development advisory environment.

This role focuses on B2B marketing B2c, positioning the company as a trusted partner for developers, investors, and landowners, and generating qualified leads for project management and consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional services marketing, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing

  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with business development goals
  • Position the company as a market leader in PMC and advisory services
  • Identify target client segments and define go-to-market strategies

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Design and manage campaigns to generate qualified developer and investor leads
  • Utilize channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships
  • Support business development with lead generation and client engagement strategies

Content & Brand Development

  • Oversee creation of high-value content, including:
  • Market insights
  • Case studies
  • Feasibility reports (marketing format)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Digital Marketing

  • Manage company presence across LinkedIn, website, and digital platforms
  • Oversee website performance, SEO, and analytics
  • Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights

Marketing & Sales Alignment

  • Work closely with business development teams to:
  • Align marketing with revenue targets
  • Improve lead quality and conversion
  • Track pipeline and campaign effectiveness

Partnerships & Networking

  • Build relationships with developers, consultants, and industry stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, events, and strategic partnerships

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

  • 5 + years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in:
  • B2B marketing b2c
  • Consultancy / real estate / construction / engineering sectors

Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional audience targeting
  • Excellent communication and content development skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
