Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s real estate properties, brand, and services. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing a team, and collaborating with sales and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, results-oriented, and experienced in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to attract prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, outdoor advertising, and events.
- Oversee content creation for promotional materials such as brochures, property listings, websites, and video tours.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics and reporting tools.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Develop strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and market presence.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain high-quality visuals and messaging.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including websites, social media accounts, and email campaigns.
- Use SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Analyze online performance metrics to refine digital marketing efforts.
- Lead Generation and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support their efforts.
- Develop marketing materials and presentations to assist the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize and oversee open houses, property showcases, and community engagement events.
- Represent the company at real estate expos, trade shows, and networking events.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies, and media outlets to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team to execute projects effectively.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster a productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in real estate.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns and lead generation.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and buyer behavior.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Certifications: Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Management are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
