Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Opportunity in Saudi Arabia Sotheby's International Realty ( Individuals must be based in Riyadh)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager ( Arabic speaking )to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, preparing promotional materials, handling inventory, and launching new projects. The role also involves promoting projects across all digital platforms and ensuring daily updates for the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brochure & Marketing Collateral: Design, develop, and oversee the preparation of brochures, floor plans, and other promotional materials to effectively showcase real estate projects.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and update project inventory, ensuring accurate and timely availability of units for sale.
• Project Launches: Strategize and execute successful launch campaigns for new real estate projects, including pre-launch planning and post-launch promotions.
• Digital Marketing & Promotion: Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, including social media, Google Ads, property listing portals, and email marketing.
• B2B Marketing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agencies by providing regular updates and marketing support.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads, track conversions, and optimize sales funnels.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in a developer or brokerage firm.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM software, and real estate listing portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing.
