Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, manage teams and budgets, and analyze performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Plan and execute digital, offline, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity
  • Oversee content creation, advertising, PR, and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and external agencies
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand and legal standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (depending on company needs)
