Job Summary:

Al Ruwad Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing to lead our marketing operations and drive brand growth across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in real estate marketing—covering off-plan, secondary, and leasing segments—with the strategic acumen to design and execute impactful campaigns that attract investors, buyers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
  • Lead brand positioning, awareness, and corporate identity initiatives across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing and business development goals.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including Roadshows, Open Houses, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, SEO, SMS, and email marketing).
  • Oversee website management, SEO performance, and digital lead generation strategies.
  • Supervise CRM requirements, automation workflows, and digital analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Creative & Branding

  • Lead the creative direction for property launches, promotional materials, and brand campaigns.
  • Supervise the production of design assets, videos, photography, and marketing collateral for events and exhibitions.
  • Ensure all marketing communications reflect Al Ruwad’s image of modern luxury and professionalism.

Partnerships & Events

  • Coordinate with developers for joint marketing campaigns, co-branded promotions, and event collaborations.
  • Manage public relations, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, international exhibitions, and roadshows to strengthen brand presence.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage an in-house marketing team and oversee collaboration with external agencies.
  • Foster creativity, accountability, and innovation within the department.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with media, advertising, and production partners.
