Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Manager to handle local marketing activities for our retail business. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and monitor field campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive store footfall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Organize and manage on-ground promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, vendors, and partners.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and execute area-specific campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, collect feedback, and report results to management.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or field marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience in organizing events and local promotions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
