Job Title: Marketing Manager – Retail (Fashion) Arabic Speaker

Job Purpose:
To develop and execute the brand’s marketing strategy across all retail and digital channels, driving sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in positioning the brand within the fashion market, managing campaigns, and ensuring all marketing activities align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and seasonal collections.
- Define marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Propose and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
2. Brand Management
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling in stores and online.
- Manage photoshoots, creative direction, and content production for campaigns and look books.
3. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Support
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce team to optimize traffic, conversion rates, and online promotions.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and develop strategies for growth.
4. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute seasonal launches, sales events, and brand collaborations.
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to maximize campaign reach.
- Ensure timely rollout of promotional materials and in-store activations.
5. Customer Engagement & CRM
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and CRM strategies to increase retention.
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing communication.
- Gather feedback from stores to understand customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on marketing ROI, footfall, sales uplift, and digital engagement.
- Recommend adjustments based on performance insights and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of both offline (retail) and digital marketing channels.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and trend awareness.
