Marketing Manager (Real Estate, UAE) - Russian Speaker

Job Description
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing initiatives, from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will play a pivotal role in brand positioning, lead generation, and driving sales by targeting both local and international real estate buyers. A key part of this role is effectively engaging with the Russian-speaking demographic through culturally relevant and compelling marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget, aligning with business objectives and sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, specifically within the Russian-speaking market.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, and social media advertising.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand's presence and reputation in the UAE real estate sector.
- Content Creation: Manage the creation of high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and website content, ensuring it is tailored for both English and Russian-speaking audiences.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate and nurture qualified leads for the sales team.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with external agencies and partners to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of real estate marketing experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer demographics.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
