Brand Manager

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead marketing, branding, and launch strategies for ultra-luxury real estate developments in Dubai and international markets. This role focuses on high-impact brand building, global campaign execution, and strategic audience engagement targeting HNIs and niche luxury segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360° brand and marketing strategies for luxury real estate projects
  • Manage complete project launch lifecycles – from identity creation to campaign rollout.
  • Drive international brand activations and roadshows to boost global visibility.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts (Google, Meta, etc.) and optimize campaigns using data insights.
  • Engage HNI and UNI audiences through strategic partnerships and luxury brand collaborations.
  • Oversee creative production with top-tier agencies to ensure premium content delivery.
  • Plan and execute major launch events and partner activations to increase brand engagement.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in luxury brand or real estate marketing.
  • Proven success in campaign execution, global market strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Strong leadership, digital marketing, and creative direction skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and investor engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
