Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Group Head – Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies across all our business verticals. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine creative vision with data-driven decision making to drive brand growth and business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead a cross-functional marketing team and foster collaboration across all business units.
• Define and maintain brand positioning for each company within the Group.
• Manage all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email).
• Oversee advertising campaigns, events, and brand activations.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Multi-industry experience preferred (Real Estate, F&B, Hospitality, Healthcare, Investments).
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing and CRM tools.
