About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager
to lead our Sales & Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing brand communications, and driving brand awareness to support business growth in a luxury hospitality environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality marketing, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns. Experience with
Marriott
or other international hotel brands is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications strategy to support business goals.

Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing communications with internal leadership teams.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring timely execution of projects that align with brand standards and objectives.
Media & Public Relations

Manage media relations, including handling inquiries, coordinating interviews, and facilitating media visits to the property.

Maintain updated press databases, media contact lists, and press clippings.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brochures, and promotional packages for events and property showcases.

Coordinate and manage photo shoots to ensure positive media representation.
Marketing Operations

Monitor and evaluate ongoing marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize performance.

Review and approve all marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Identify and leverage new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and channels to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Ensure accurate and timely distribution of promotional information.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement

Provide onboarding, guidance, and training for new team members and interns.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Sales Leaders, and Finance Directors, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Prepare and present detailed reports during monthly marketing meetings.

Stay informed on hospitality industry trends and integrate insights into strategy development.
Education & Experience
Option 1:
-
High school diploma or GED
plus 9 years of progressive experience
in sales and marketing or a related area.
Option 2:
-
A 2-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field
plus 6 years of experience
in sales and marketing.
Experience with Marriott or other international hospitality brands is highly preferred.
