Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence in the architectural signage industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and driving business growth through creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our signage, fixtures, and installation services
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and project spotlights
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to support lead generation and proposal development
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics
  • Manage the company’s online presence and reputation, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the signage, construction, or architectural products industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of the architectural signage or construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to create compelling content for various platforms
