We are looking for a
strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager
to join one of our clients in the software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, website optimization, and inbound lead generation.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with consistent brand messaging.

Supervise content creation for blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CPA, traffic, leads) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.

Plan and promote webinars, events, and product launches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to support go-to-market initiatives.

Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Mentor and guide junior team members or agencies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

5–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in tech/software).

Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Ads Managers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Proven leadership ability to manage teams or external vendors.
Working Conditions:

Model: Hybrid (mix of office and remote work).

Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including 1-hour break).
