Marketing Manager – Tourism (Hotel Marketing Background Required)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a hotel marketing background to lead Rayna Tours’ hotels partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their hospitality expertise to design and implement strategies that boost brand visibility, strengthen partnerships with hotels, and attract both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Rayna Tours’ tourism products and services across its partner hotels.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, concierges, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Design co-branded campaigns with hotel partners to drive guest bookings and experience-based packages.
  • Discuss digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Plan promotional events, sponsorships, and hotel-based activations to expand brand reach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the hotel/hospitality sector (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of hotel marketing practices, guest engagement strategies, and tourism trends.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand partnerships, and B2B/B2C campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
