Marketing Manager(Female)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager(Female) who can lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate must be an all-rounder with hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content strategy, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
• Lead and manage content writers and graphic designers
• Create and oversee content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports
• Improve brand visibility and online presence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing goals are met
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in marketing or handling marketing team
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Proven experience in SEO
• Experience managing creative teams (content + design)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia) is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
