Job Objective:
Support the company’s marketing efforts by organizing campaigns, managing events, handling social media, and collaborating with all departments to ensure brand consistency and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize campaign impact.
Content Creation & Management:

Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.

Work closely with design teams to produce visual assets that support marketing initiatives.
Brand Consistency & Communication:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Social Media & Community Engagement:

Oversee social media accounts, curate content, and foster engagement with followers.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media, ensuring a positive brand presence.
Event Coordination:

Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring effective promotion and maximum attendance.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.

Strong knowledge of marketing functions, events, activities, and especially social media management.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
is essential.

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
