Role Overview:
The Marketing &Officer is responsible for coordinating and executing the group’s marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand presence across all locations and channels. The role also involves managing relationships with partners and sponsors, activating sponsorship deliverables, and ensuring all events and campaigns meet brand and partnership objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination

Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions across all branches.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, social media, operations, events) to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.

Monitor marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and deliverables.

Assist in content creation, photo/video shoots, and brand representation at events.

Track campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports.
Partnerships & Sponsorship Activation

Serve as the main point of contact for partners and sponsors.

Coordinate and execute partnership activations, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled (branding, mentions, event presence, etc.).

Liaise with finance for sponsorship payments and invoice tracking.

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute joint events and collaborations.

Maintain an updated database of sponsors, partners, and activation plans.
Events & Brand Presence

Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.

Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all activations.

Manage event logistics related to partner participation and brand representation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, or events.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with design or social media tools is a plus.
