Long Description Job Summary
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting and managing digital marketing activities, website content, participate in organizing events (seminars, exhibitions…etc.) and competitor analysis
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in executing the annual marketing strategy and ensure that it’s implemented in line with the business objectives.
- Liaising with external agencies and vendors to produce creative and compelling ideas for; PR activities, and promotional advertising campaigns that will attract and retain customers.
- Planning and executing events (Internal and External), promotions, and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy.
- Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to understand the Services and Product specifications, and be able to create suitable marketing offline/online contents.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction factors and innovating ways to enhance customer experience.
- Ensuring online customer engagement.
- Monitoring market changes and competitor activities and reporting the same to management accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree, Business Administration
Experience:
1< years in marketing
Sufficient understanding for main business processes
Sufficient knowledge in social media and digital marketing
Photoshop
