Role Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies while also overseeing our social media presence. The Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, engaging with our target audience, and driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop marketing plans, including budget allocation, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitor social media trends, track user engagement, and analyze metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media content calendar.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers for outsourced marketing activities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing or social media management.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
