Marketing Officer

A Marketing Officer develops and implements strategies to promote a company's products/services, focusing on market research, campaign execution (digital, social, print), brand awareness, and performance analysis to drive business growth, working across teams and managing budgets to meet company objectives. Key duties include content creation, event coordination, data analysis, vendor management, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to marketing plans, develop campaigns, and align efforts with business goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage digital, social media, email, and print campaigns, including content creation and distribution.
  • Market Research: Analyze data, identify target audiences, study trends, and monitor competitors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report on results.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and enhance the company's public image.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other teams, plus liaise with vendors and media.
  • Budget & Events: Manage marketing budgets, plan promotional activities, and coordinate events.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for content creation and stakeholder liaison.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand metrics, and interpret trends.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
