Job Title: Marketing Officer (Field Work)

Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer (Field Work) is responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, developing market presence, generating leads, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting sales objectives through regular field visits and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Market Development
- Conduct daily field visits to retailers, dealers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Promote company products and services through face-to-face meetings.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Ensure effective market coverage within assigned territories.
Customer & Dealer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Address customer queries and coordinate resolution with internal departments.
- Support onboarding of new dealers and retailers.
Sales Support
- Assist sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect orders and coordinate with supply chain and accounts for execution.
- Monitor market demand and provide sales forecasts.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports, weekly summaries, and monthly performance reports.
Promotional & Branding Activities
- Execute field promotions, product demonstrations, and roadshows.
- Ensure availability and proper use of POS and branding materials.
- Support exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events.
Compliance & Discipline
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively in the market.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, outdoor marketing, or field sales.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting tools.
- Good understanding of local markets.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid motorcycle driving license (where applicable).
- Physically fit for field work.
