Marketing officer

A Marketing Officer develops and implements strategies to promote a company's products/services, executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital presence (social media, content), coordinating events, and collaborating with sales/design teams, with key duties including market research, performance tracking, budget management, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print).
  • Market Research: Analyze data, identify target audiences, study trends, and track competitor activities.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.
  • Event Coordination: Organize promotional activities, product launches, trade shows, and other events.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media, SEO, PPC, and website updates.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign effectiveness using analytics, report on metrics, and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, PR, design, and management teams to align goals.
  • Budgeting: Help manage marketing budgets and expenditures.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
