Marketing Officer

Position Summary

The Marketing Officer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Roshni Homes Trust communications, branding, and digital fundraising activities. The role involves content development, donor engagement, coordination with external service providers, and ensuring consistent communication in line with organizational policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Relations & Communication

  • Prepare and send children’s progress reports to sponsors/donors as per policy.
  • Draft and circulate seasonal greetings, appreciation notes, and recognition letters.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and assist in ensuring donor satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Support implementation of online marketing strategies (SEO, campaigns, digital ads).
  • Monitor analytics and assist in optimizing reach and engagement.

Social Media Management

  • Develop content ideas (stories, posts, campaigns) for approval.
  • Coordinate with the hired social media agency for execution of approved content.
  • Monitor agency performance and compile performance reports.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop impact stories, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through compelling written and visual communication.

Communications & Branding

  • Assist in managing UAN, official emails, newsletters, and brand materials.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication platforms.

Creative Media Coordination

  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for visuals, reels, and campaign materials.

Website & Donor CRM

  • Assist in updating website content and maintaining donor database records.
  • Support management of the online donation process and analytics tracking.

Merchandising & CSR Products

  • Assist in managing branded merchandise and donation kiosks.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding product design and promotional activities.

Digital Fundraising

  • Support crowdfunding campaigns (e.g., LaunchGood, Global Giving, Give2Asia).
  • Assist in executing WhatsApp donation and digital fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit communications.
  • Strong storytelling and donor communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, fundraising platforms, and CRM databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
