Lead Generation Expert – Job DescriptionJob Summary

A Lead Generation Expert is responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting potential customers into qualified leads for the sales team. This role focuses on creating and executing strategies across digital channels to drive high-quality prospects and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target audiences and market segments
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies (organic & paid)
  • Manage campaigns across platforms such as:
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook/Instagram
  • Email marketing tools
  • Create and optimize landing pages for conversions
  • Build and manage email outreach campaigns
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to track and nurture leads
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rate, and ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
  • Maintain and update lead databases

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Understanding of B2B and/or B2C funnels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
