Marketing Officer

Job Summary

Renaissance Trading and Contracting is seeking a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Marketing Officer with a background in Mechanical Engineering. The role involves handling both marketing and sales support functions, particularly for technical products and services. The ideal candidate must be able to understand mechanical specifications, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Develop promotional materials, technical presentations, and company profiles.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and maintain updated product information.
• Assist in preparing bids, technical proposals, and tender documents.
• Handle vendor registration and product registration with end users.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Coordination

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, technical data, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Generate sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations for smooth order fulfillment.

Client Management

• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding technical and commercial inquiries.
• Maintain professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or technical support (trading/contracting industry is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
