The Marketing Officer supports the growth and performance of assigned product categories by assisting in category execution and marketing activities. This role focuses on contributing to revenue growth, improving market presence, and supporting brand positioning through data analysis and coordination with cross-functional teams. The individual will be responsible for managing the category and driving its overall growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing category growth plans aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate and help execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product positioning activities
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including product launches and updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, supply chain and marketing to drive the category growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and support analysis of sales and campaign performance
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Commercial understanding with an interest in sales and marketing
  • Willingness to learn and support both sales and marketing functions
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience or internship in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industry is a plus
