Marketing Officer (@Circle Club)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the club’s annual marketing plan to promote events, membership drives, and community programmes.

- Create promotional content (brochures, flyers, social‑media posts, newsletters) and coordinate with designers and printers.

- Manage the club’s online presence on Facebook, Instagram, and local forums; schedule posts and engage with followers.

- Liaise with local media, sponsors, and partner organisations to secure coverage and support.

- Track the effectiveness of campaigns through simple metrics (attendance, attendance‑rate, membership sign‑ups) and prepare brief monthly reports.

- Assist in organizing and publicising seminars, workshops, and cultural activities.

- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of members, alumni, and stakeholders for targeted communication.
