We need someone who knows how to dominate lead generation in the home improvement space and can build future leaders to scale across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

Run & own SEO, SEM, social ads, and lead aggregator campaigns.

Build high-impact lead pipelines and keep cost-per-lead on target.

Mentor & develop Call Center Managers into a powerhouse team.

Monitor performance metrics daily and pivot fast for max ROI.
