Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations, assisting in the creation and execution of marketing communications, digital campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. This role involves coordination with creative agencies, managing marketing assets across channels, and handling administrative processes related to marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communication & Content Creation

  • Develop and produce marketing EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) to support campaigns and client communications.
  • Perform basic copywriting for email content, event invitations, and marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and clarity of message.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely rollout and accuracy of all outbound communications.

Event Coordination & Client Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of client events, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and managing on-ground or virtual logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Handle fulfillment requests such as sending out event-related materials, gifts, or promotional items to clients.

Digital Asset Management & Website Updates

  • Regularly update the company website and other owned digital assets such as MBOL banners, microsites, or intranet pages to keep content current and engaging.
  • Ensure all visuals and copy are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Track performance metrics where applicable and suggest optimizations.

Creative Coordination & Agency Liaison

  • Work closely with creative agencies to brief, review, and adapt campaign assets for multiple formats or markets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality standards and brand consistency.
  • Provide feedback and coordinate revisions in line with campaign goals.

Marketing Operations & Administrative Support

  • Facilitate vendor payments, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and invoices are processed promptly.
  • Support compliance and finance teams in tracking budgets, payment timelines, and reconciliations.
  • Manage and document client deviation requests, ensuring proper approvals and fulfillment tracking.

Candidate Profile Expectation

  • Experience: 1–5 years in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or event management.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (emailers, CMS, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of design coordination and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
