Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager with 4-5 years of experience in logistics or in marketing operations. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage a team, oversee daily marketing schedules, and coordinate with two external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in handling the daily scheduling of marketing activities, ensuring smooth project management, and fostering collaboration between internal teams and external agencies. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility of a work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily scheduling and coordination of marketing activities for internal teams and two external agencies.
• Manage logistics and ensure all marketing campaigns and projects are executed on time.
• Communicate effectively with agencies to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage marketing calendars to track campaigns and initiatives across multiple teams and agencies.
• Supervise and manage the internal marketing team, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Track and report on the performance of campaigns and marketing efforts, ensuring goals are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the logistics or agency management sectors.
• Proven experience managing teams and working with external agencies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while ensuring team collaboration and productivity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
