Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager (Digital & AI) to lead our in-house marketing function and strengthen our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to own the firm’s marketing engine — designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive awareness, high-quality case leads, and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is:
- An analytical thinker who is comfortable with data, experimentation, and KPIs
- A hands-on digital marketer with deep experience across PPC, SEO/SEM, paid social, and performance marketing
- An early adopter of AI, using tools to improve content creation, workflows, targeting, and decision-making
This is a full-time, onsite position at our Westwood headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with the firm’s revenue goals and practice-area priorities
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to lead to retained client, with a focus on cost-per-lead and cost-per-case
- Build, manage, and continuously improve the firm’s MarTech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, call tracking, lead intake tools, pixels, etc.)
Digital & AI-Driven Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC, SEO/SEM, and paid social campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive qualified case inquiries
- Implement and manage AI tools for content creation, ad copy, landing pages, email nurturing, and internal marketing workflows
- Develop and manage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page experiments to improve performance
Branding & Content
- Oversee the continued development and consistency of the firm’s brand and messaging across all channels
- Develop and execute social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow followers, engagement, and inbound client inquiries
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to create compelling case-result stories, educational content, and testimonials that build trust and authority
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, intake conversion, etc.)
- Build regular dashboards and reports to communicate performance to firm leadership and make data-driven decisions in real time
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Community, Events & Partnerships
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community initiatives that support the firm’s brand and client acquisition goals
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed (creative, media buying, SEO, video, etc.)
Team Leadership
- Partner with HR to hire, train, and develop a strong in-house marketing team over time (coordinators, content creators, social media, etc.)
- Provide clear goals, structure, and feedback, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with demonstrated results in lead generation and customer acquisition; professional services or legal industry experience is highly desirable
- Proven track record of increasing brand visibility, reach, and lead volume through effective marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, paid social, and social media platform management
- Experience with AI tools for marketing (e.g., AI copywriting, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation workflows)
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics (GA4), ad platforms, dashboards, and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
