Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Social Media & Customer Engagement Assistant to support daily communication and customer interaction across all platforms. This role involves managing social media messages, responding to comments, answering phone calls, and assisting with story posting and basic content upkeep. The position begins with required on-site training, followed by a hybrid work schedule. This is a salaried role.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages across all social media platforms
• Manage and answer incoming phone calls
• Engage with customers through comments, replies, and interactive communication
• Assist with posting, updating, and maintaining daily social media stories
• Ensure consistent brand voice and customer experience across all channels
• Monitor activity on assigned accounts and escalate issues when necessary
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Ability to multitask and manage communication across multiple channels
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must be available for required on-site training before transitioning to hybrid work

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Hybrid remote position after on-site training
• Full training provided on site
• Fixed salary rate (details provided during the interview process)
