Legal Office Service Clerk

Overview:

We are seeking a Office Service Representative to join our team at IST Management Services in Century City, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Prior relevant office experience is required. Hourly Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. No weekends!

Responsibilities:

• Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
• Equipment - Maintain copiers/printers, provide support to end users and perform initial troubleshooting
• Hospitality – Setup conference rooms and maintain kitchen areas
• Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Copy Center - Fulfill scan and copy requests
• Participate in cross-training
• Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus
• Prior relevant office experience is required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A valid driver’s license/access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
