The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Lead to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution. You will shape how Nationwide Legal presents itself to the market, working directly with leadership and contractors to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

This is a builder role that requires both creativity and accountability while aligning closely with our Sales and Ops teams. You will have the freedom to experiment and the responsibility to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute a marketing plan that drives new business and client retention
  • Manage SEO, paid search, and digital campaigns with agency partners
  • Oversee the website, social channels, and review programs
  • Develop messaging, offers, and campaigns that resonate with law firms
  • Track performance and adjust quickly based on results
  • Partner with sales to align marketing activity with revenue goals
  • Manage and brief outside vendors or freelancers

Who You Are

  • 4 to 7 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or professional services
  • Confident running campaigns without a large team
  • Skilled in SEO, PPC, email, and social programs
  • Excellent communicator skilled in working with various stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and results-driven with a focus on impact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
