Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, partnerships, and performance - a marketer who can build strong relationships, drive impactful campaigns, and elevate noon’s presence in the Saudi market.


The Marketing Partnerships Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing local brand initiatives, and creating high-impact partnerships that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that align with noon’s overall brand and business goals.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives.


2. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, organizations, and influencers to enhance noon’s market positioning.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, ensuring mutual value creation and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, corporate partners, and media platforms.


3. Brand Management

  • Strengthen noon’s brand presence in KSA through consistent messaging, storytelling, and customer engagement.
  • Manage PR and communications activities in collaboration with the regional marketing team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and local activations.


4. Campaign Management & Reporting

  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


5. Team & Budget Management

  • Manage local marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns.
  • Support and mentor junior marketing team members in campaign management and partnership execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong project management skills.
