MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

We are a Video Production and distribution company, meaning we acquire, produce, broadcast our platforms and sell television programs to television networks and Video On Demand platforms (such as Netflix, for instance).
Our programs are, mostly compilations of short content of : home video, pranks, magic & circus, sport fails.
Absolute pre-requisites :
● An excellent internet connection & bandwidth
● English or (French is a plus)
● Organization freak (love to have things in the right place, with the right name so you can find it in a heartbeat — “If you can’t find it, you don’t have it !”)
● Perfect mastery of social networks, Expert with youtube channel and other social media platform
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and strategic Marketing and Public Relations Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that build our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth. This role is responsible for ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand presence across all channels. You will be responsible for developing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
● Brand and Marketing Strategy: Develop and safeguard the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visuals across all marketing channels. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that use a mix of digital and PR efforts to achieve brand awareness and growth objectives.
● Public Relations and Outreach: Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, building media relationships, and securing positive press coverage to enhance brand credibility.
● Content Strategy and Execution: Lead the end-to-end content strategy, from ideation and creation (including blog posts and website copy) to planning, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms. Drive the creation of innovative and trend-aware content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our position as an industry leader.
● Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing campaigns and channels. Utilize data from tools like Google Analytics to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize our strategy for better performance.
● Market and Competitor Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, tools, and opportunities, ensuring our brand remains innovative and at the forefront of the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
● Proven experience of 5+ years in a marketing or communications role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful strategies.
● Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting and/or PR writing.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
● A collaborative spirit with experience working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
● Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms such as Brevo is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,199,797.85 - ₹1,399,757.95 per year
