Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we’re now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in-house. What’s The Job?
We’re looking for a highly creative, confident, and resourceful Marketing Producer to help power the next evolution of Oats Overnight’s storytelling. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, speed, and results — bringing high-quality ideas to life across video, photo, and social channels.
What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Utilize a full production skillset to execute the end-to-end creation of high-quality video and photo content, supporting and guiding pre-production, production, and post-production for smooth and efficient execution.
- Develop and pitch impactful video and photo concepts in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Apply insights from testing and iteration to create content that connects authentically and drives results.
- Support the weekly production of performance-focused creative that drives product sales.
- Collaborate with growth and paid media teams to develop, test, and optimize high-converting content across paid platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-native content that supports brand storytelling and responds to trends across social channels.
- Confidently represent the Oats Overnight brand in frequent on-camera appearances with authenticity, clarity, and enthusiasm.
- Identify and integrate emerging AI tools and creative technologies to streamline production, enhance content quality, and accelerate creative output.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and technological trends to keep our creative approach innovative and relevant.

What You’ve Done And Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in video production, photography, and content creation (brand, agency, or independent creator).
- Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of diverse creative content for digital platforms.
- Confident in production skills including camera operation, lighting, and sound.
- Working knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and their creative best practices.
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and AI-driven workflows to enhance creative output.
- A creative portfolio showcasing storytelling, production, and campaign results.
- Ability to work fast, adapt quickly, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus: Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar), motion graphics, and design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, or related field, or equivalent experience accepted.
- Someone who can partner and influence at all different levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast-moving environment.
- A relentless drive to get things done.
- Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to work near food ingredients, exposure to food allergens.
- Must be able to lift up to 15–25 pounds at times.
- Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
