### About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee and support a team of Marketing Product Managers working within an Agile environment governed by SAFe principles. Your role is to provide strategic leadership, foster innovation, enable operational excellence, and drive results-oriented initiatives. You will be instrumental in aligning product teams with corporate objectives, promoting a culture of simplicity and platform-based solutions, and enabling disruptive marketing innovations.
Key Responsibilities
**Leadership & Team Development**

Facilitate effective communication and coordination across product teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
**Strategic Oversight & Governance**

Define and implement strategic objectives for the product management teams, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.

Oversee the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring focus on disruptive innovation, simplicity, and scalability.

Ensure adherence to SAFe principles, supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating effective planning and delivery cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
