Job Purpose:
The Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the fashion brand to attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and drive brand growth. This role requires strong creativity, market knowledge, and leadership to strengthen the brand’s position in a highly competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and business goals.
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, fashion shows, and promotional events.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, influencer collaborations, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion media, PR agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage content creation for all channels (social media, website, catalogs, lookbooks, newsletters).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed marketing reports.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment and productivity.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee brand positioning, visual identity, and ensure global/local market consistency.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize returns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and luxury/retail markets.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, PR, and influencer management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
