Sales Executive

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for Sales Executive for GCC region. Candidate must have baby product or FMCG sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales for our product across assigned territories in the GCC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market share in the region.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients/distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence reports.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and promotions at point-of-sale.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Follow up on receivables and ensure payments are collected as per credit terms.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in baby products or FMCG distribution within the GCC.
  • Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets in the region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
  • Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
